Q1. How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time
(not including customs delays, weekends, holidays, and any unforeseen circumstances)
Delivery Time

- Express Shipping Time: 6-8 Business Days.
- Standard Shipping Time: 7-20 Business Days.
Wrong Shipping Information
- If you have left the wrong shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer service within 2 hours.
- Please note that it is the responsibility of the customers to enter their shipping address correctly. We are unable to redirect to another shipping address after we have processed and shipped the parcel.

Q3. What if I have not received my items?

Before contacting us, you may also try contacting your local post office if your tracking number shows your parcel has arrived in your city. Please note that we are not held liable for any incorrect shipping addresses and phone numbers provided during purchase.
